Description
The Co-Manager supports the Store Manager in overseeing store operations, sales and profit goals, budgets, forecasts, merchandise, inventory, security, compliance, customer service, community initiatives, associate leadership, and digital application implementation. The role is intended to develop the associate toward Store Manager and may advance to act as Store Manager in the short term. The position is based in Belleville, Ontario, Canada, with a pay range of $68,300.00 to $81,082.50.
