Description
The Front End Supervisor assists in leading front-end and department processes, responds to customer and associate concerns, develops associates through teaching and training, plans and executes department activities, supports salesfloor operations, and coordinates schedules and breaks. The role also leads team huddles, tracks productivity, maintains a safe work environment, supports management and recruiting, and partners with the Coach and People Lead on performance management. The minimum hourly pay is $20.75, and the primary location is Flin Flon, Manitoba, Canada.
