The OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate picks, packs, and prepares online orders from different temperature areas, verifies product selection and quantities, labels orders, maintains packing efficiency and safety standards, and supports customers and team operations. The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, and involves physical work including standing, bending, and lifting inventory up to 20 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds.
