Description
The Pharmacy Manager oversees daily pharmacy operations, patient confidentiality, prescription fulfillment, medication storage and disposal, inventory, claims, losses, and financial reporting. The role leads pharmacists and pharmacy assistants, including hiring, scheduling, performance management, and training; participates in branch management meetings; and resolves customer complaints. A pharmacist license is required, and the position is based at 4702 43rd Avenue, Cold Lake, Alberta, Canada, with pay of $57.60 to $77.40 per hour.
