PointClickCare is hiring a Principal AI Machine Learning Platform Engineer to set the technical vision and strategy for its machine learning platform supporting traditional machine learning and hybrid ML/LLM solutions. The role defines reference architectures, MLOps practices, reliability, observability, security, integration, and infrastructure patterns, while providing technical leadership and mentorship across engineering teams. The position is remote, with occasional travel to Mississauga or Salt Lake City for office events, and offers a CAD base salary of $158,000–$198,000 plus bonus and benefits.
