PointClickCare is hiring a Technical Program Manager in Toronto for an 8-month contract. The role manages Data Migration initiatives across project scheduling, capacity planning, delivery governance, go-live readiness, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement. It coordinates with sales, project management, customer success, resource management, customers, and technical delivery teams, and emphasizes operational excellence through process improvement, automation, AI-enabled solutions, and data-driven decision-making. The position requires experience in technical program management, project management, operations, data migration, ETL, SaaS or healthcare technology delivery, and AI or workflow automation, with a hybrid work arrangement expected.
