Soorce is hiring a Candidate Care Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for external temporary-staffing specialists, supporting them from onboarding through project assignments. The role coordinates specialist operations, manages relationships and travel across Germany, collaborates with recruiting, sales, and specialist departments, conducts feedback and development meetings, and maintains follow-up records. The position is based in Mannheim’s Eastside One, offers one day of work from home per week, and requires completed commercial training, strong communication and empathy, structured work, IT interest, MS Office proficiency, and German at C1 level.
