GitLab is hiring a contract Candidate Experience Specialist based in EMEA to support end-to-end hiring processes for its all-remote organization. The role coordinates with recruiters and hiring managers, manages candidate scheduling and interview logistics, maintains applicant tracking system data, communicates with candidates, prepares employment contracts, and supports onboarding handoffs. Candidates should have experience supporting hiring processes, applicant tracking system proficiency, strong organization and communication skills, and comfort working asynchronously across time zones.
