UCB is hiring a Candidate Program Manager to lead drug-development programs from late research through proof of concept. The role translates strategy into operational roadmaps, coordinates timelines, resources, budgets, risks, decisions, and milestones, and serves as the integration point across scientific, clinical, regulatory, CMC, finance, and operational stakeholders. The position is based in UCB’s UK office in Slough or its headquarters in Brussels, Belgium, and follows a hybrid-first work arrangement.
