Description
Minnesota Cannabis Services is hiring a seasonal Cannabis Harvest Crew to support harvest operations at licensed cultivation sites across Minnesota. The role is hands-on agricultural work involving cutting mature cannabis plants, removing leaves and excess material, bucking or shucking flowers, hanging plants and branches for drying, moving harvested materials, organizing lots, cleaning tools and work areas, and following crew and site-safety procedures. The position requires physical labor, reliable attendance, availability for long shifts and schedule changes, and the ability to meet Minnesota cannabis-employment requirements; cannabis or farm experience is preferred but not required, and training is provided.
