Description
Canopy is hiring a Canopy Anywhere Supervisor to oversee and support assigned therapists, hope coaches, and pathfinders. The role supervises service delivery to youth, coordinates processes, manages remote team members, maintains fidelity to the Canopy Anywhere and Science of Hope frameworks, conducts supervision and audits, supports case planning and crisis response, and handles hiring, onboarding, performance improvement, reporting, and quality improvement. A master’s degree in an applied mental health field, at least five years of related-service experience, and at least two years of supervisory experience are required.
