The Canvass Director will lead daily nonprofit canvassing operations, recruit and train fundraisers, mentor future leaders, coach in the field for at least four shifts per week, manage performance, and complete administrative duties. The role requires completed Trainer Training and Team Leader Training, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and leadership by example. Candidates must live in the Washington, DC area or be willing to relocate.
