Mad City Windows & Baths is hiring a Canvass Manager to lead a team of door-to-door marketers, recruit and train staff, coach and motivate the team, attend management meetings, and provide reporting and ROI metrics. The role requires a valid driver's license, prior leadership experience, and experience building or recruiting high-level performers; face-to-face marketing or lead-setting experience is a plus. The position offers a base salary plus performance-based bonus and commission, with average managers earning $75,000–$110,000 and above-average managers earning upwards of $150,000 annually, along with health, dental, vision, life insurance, a 401(k) match, paid holidays, and PTO available on day one.
