The Canvas Manager will lead and manage a field canvassing team for a bathroom renovation company in Louisiana. The role recruits, trains, schedules, coaches, and holds canvassers accountable while developing territories, monitoring activity and lead-generation metrics, improving appointment conversion, and reporting performance. The position requires field travel, flexible hours, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and basic technology skills; prior leadership, sales, canvassing, marketing, or customer-service experience is preferred.
