Description
The CAPA Manager will own and govern the site CAPA program, lead investigations and root-cause analysis, ensure compliance with FDA and GMP requirements, support audits and inspections, manage CAPA performance metrics, drive continuous improvement, and train site personnel. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field, at least five years of quality or manufacturing experience in a regulated industry, and two years of CAPA, investigations, or compliance leadership experience. It is a fixed-term assignment in El Paso, Texas, with medical, dental, health, and 401(k) benefits subject to eligibility requirements.
