BAE Systems is hiring a Capability Delivery Lead - Test & Commissioning Training for a full-time onsite role in Barrow-in-Furness. The position owns Test & Commissioning training delivery, manages the departmental training budget, develops annual training requirements, coordinates with stakeholders and Learning & Development, monitors training status and compliance, and leads the development of new training solutions. The role requires stakeholder management, knowledge of manufacturing and Test & Commissioning processes, project management and leadership skills, KPI monitoring, problem-solving, and documentation and configuration management. It is intended for BAE Systems employees who have completed 12 months in their current role, with security and export-control restrictions applying.
