MANTECH is hiring a full-time Capability Integration Lead for its Innovation Labs in Herndon, Virginia, with a hybrid work arrangement. The role leads enterprise capability integration and the adoption of Technology Capability Organization service lines, operationalizes the Account-Based Selling and Delivery model, standardizes reusable capabilities, translates account demand into TCO roadmaps, coordinates subject-matter experts, and influences cross-functional business units. Candidates need at least 15 years of relevant technical, operational, or program experience, including 5 years supporting the Federal or National Security community, along with broad knowledge of cyber, data and AI, cloud, and digital engineering. The projected compensation range is $165,900.00-$297,100.00, with health insurance and other benefits available.
