Enercare is hiring a full-time Capacity Analyst in Markham to design, execute, and continuously improve workforce capacity planning across planning horizons. The role translates demand forecasts into capacity requirements, analyzes utilization and productivity metrics, improves scheduling accuracy, recommends staffing and resource adjustments, supports IFS configuration, and partners with workforce management, dispatch, IT, and business analysts to optimize planning workflows and operational performance.
