Amazon is hiring a Capacity E2E Program Manager for its Transportation Capacity Planning team in São Paulo, Brazil. The role owns end-to-end capacity planning across first-mile, middle-mile ground and air, sort centers, last-mile, and third-party carrier transportation, analyzes demand forecasts and capacity plans, monitors planning metrics, conducts root-cause analysis, builds scalable tracking tools and dashboards, resolves systemic network bottlenecks, establishes capacity-planning frameworks, improves forecast accuracy, and influences capacity strategy with senior leadership. Candidates need a bachelor's degree, advanced Excel and SQL knowledge, business English, and program or project management experience; transportation, supply chain, stakeholder management, process-building, reporting, and data visualization experience are preferred.
