The Capacity Management Analyst II is a subject-matter expert in Epic Cadence and advanced ambulatory scheduling, responsible for template management, decision-support system design, decision trees, application configuration, go-live and ongoing client support, and process improvement. The role analyzes scheduling data, supports Access Centers and Ambulatory clients, collaborates with technology partners, and provides mentorship. A bachelor's degree is preferred, while healthcare experience and Epic and Microsoft Office proficiency are required; the annual salary range is $72,473.00 to $108,709.00.
