Description
The Capacity Planner analyzes driver optimization solutions and assigns loads to HGT capacity within an assigned geographic territory. The role supports daily market planning, inbound and outbound load execution, load re-planning, equipment and driver utilization, customer service, safety compliance, and cost optimization. It reports to the Manager, Regional Capacity Planning and requires weekend coverage on a rotating basis. The position offers a $50,500–$55,000 annual base salary plus bonus eligibility and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
