Description
The OSAT Capacity Planner manages ST’s outsourcing capacity needs for an assigned semiconductor assembly and test portfolio. Reporting to the Capacity Planning Manager, the role coordinates quarterly S&OP exercises with OSAT subcontractors, books capacity and material requirements, monitors OSAT capacity saturation, supports capacity and material shortages, aligns demand with execution, and maintains OSAT KPI relationships. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or diploma with equivalent engineering experience, at least five years of semiconductor industry experience preferred, advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerBI proficiency, strong negotiation and communication skills, and meticulous analytical ability.
