Description
Polymarket is hiring a Workforce Management Manager to build the company's Workforce Management function from scratch. The role owns capacity planning, forecasting, scheduling, headcount and BPO staffing models, event-readiness playbooks, vendor commitments, WFM platform selection and implementation, and the hiring and development of a Real Time Analyst. It requires at least eight years owning WFM capacity planning and forecasting, experience with blended in-house and BPO workforces, strong spreadsheet modeling, and the ability to communicate capacity models to executives. The position offers a base salary of $200,000 to $250,000 plus equity and benefits.
