Meta is hiring a Performance and Capacity Engineer to lead infrastructure capacity planning, performance benchmarking, demand forecasting, and integrated planning across its global server, data center, and network resources. The role supports infrastructure investment decisions, cost-efficiency trade-offs, unplanned capacity requirements, executive communications, and cross-functional optimization for Meta’s products and AI workloads. Candidates need a relevant bachelor’s degree and at least 16 years of infrastructure, cloud, hardware, strategy, capacity planning, supply chain optimization, or technology strategy consulting experience, along with enterprise planning, data analysis, financial analysis, and infrastructure optimization experience.
