J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc. is hiring a full-time Capacity Procurement Representative in Lowell, Arkansas. Under routine supervision, the role negotiates carrier rates to meet load expectations and margin goals, builds and manages a carrier base, tenders and tracks freight through the Carrier360 platform, monitors in-transit shipments, communicates service failures, verifies carrier authenticity, and provides transportation solutions and customer updates. The position requires a high school diploma or GED and up to one year of relevant experience, or demonstrated equivalent skills; a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. It may require multiple shifts, including nights and weekends, and is not eligible for employment-based visa sponsorship.
