Description
Apple is hiring an on-site Capital Equipment Program Manager in Shenzhen to lead capital equipment program activities at a designated contract manufacturing site. The role manages new and sustaining operations, coordinates cross-functional teams and contract manufacturers, develops project schedules, resolves issues, reports to executive management, reviews consumable spend, and guides equipment management activities including tracking, repair, calibration, and spare parts. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or computer science field, functional and program management experience across multiple sites, knowledge of product development and manufacturing processes, and proficiency in English.
