Unity Advisory is hiring a Manager to lead a portfolio of capital allowances engagements across multiple sectors, including single-asset claims and large multi-site capital expenditure projects. The role involves preparing and submitting claims, advising clients on fixed asset tax treatment and incentives, managing HMRC correspondence, interpreting asset schedules and financial data, producing technical reports, coaching junior team members, and contributing to business development. Candidates should have a strong track record in capital allowances or fixed asset tax advisory, strong UK capital allowances knowledge, analytical and communication skills, and a CTA, ACA, ACCA, RICS, or equivalent qualification.
