Harvard University’s Financial Administration department is hiring a Capital Analyst for its Capital Planning and Project Services team. The role provides financial analysis, forecasting, reporting, and strategic support for capital planning and project approvals; supports university governance committees; generates reports and dashboards; and provides training and system support for CAPS. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least five years of experience in financial analysis, planning, or capital project support. The position is hybrid, requiring on-site presence two to three days per week, and Harvard does not provide visa sponsorship.
