Clifford Chance is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Capital Markets Associate to join their dynamic team in Beijing. The successful candidate will be involved in a wide range of Greater China IPO transactions, including ECM and DCM transactions. This role requires a deep understanding of financial markets, as well as the ability to navigate complex legal and regulatory frameworks across multiple jurisdictions. The associate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documentation, advising clients on transactions, liaising with regulatory bodies, and collaborating with colleagues across practices.
