Clifford Chance is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Capital Markets Associate to join their dynamic team in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will be involved in a wide range of Greater China IPO transactions, including ECM and DCM transactions. The role requires a deep understanding of financial markets and the ability to navigate complex legal and regulatory frameworks across multiple jurisdictions. Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documentation, liaising with regulatory authorities, conducting legal research, collaborating with cross-border teams, and participating in client meetings.
