Description

Cushman & Wakefield's Capital Markets Financial Analyst (Hub Analyst) supports investment sales brokerage services focusing on multifamily investments. This role involves performing financial analysis tasks such as pricing, Excel valuation model creation and auditing, due diligence, market data collection, and summarizing findings. The analyst will translate these analyses into high-level summaries under the oversight of senior members of the Multifamily Advisory Group.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 0-2 years of financial analysis and Excel modeling experience
Preferred Qualifications: Capital Markets and/or multifamily underwriting experience
Experience with creating or constructing discounted cash flow models in Excel
AI experience
Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel
Experience with Salesforce, and CoStar and Axiometrics market research data
Client-service oriented mindset with a passion for producing a high-quality work product, meeting deadlines and client expectations
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to write effectively and succinctly for use in marketing deliverables, or other internal stakeholders
