Lima One Capital is hiring a Capital Markets Intern to support its Capital Markets team with loan fundings, data integrity, reporting, loan sale transactions, credit-file uploads, investor Q&A, and closing documentation. The role is onsite in Greenville, South Carolina, runs for 11 weeks from Monday, May 17th to Friday, July 30th, 2027, and requires a bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field, along with communication, self-starter, feedback, and Excel skills. The internship is paid at an hourly rate dependent on the position, and Lima One Capital does not sponsor H1B visas.
