The role develops forecasting, governance, stress testing, scenario analysis, balance-sheet analysis, and reporting frameworks; partners with Finance, Risk, Legal, and senior business leaders; and establishes scalable capital-management systems for a growing financial-services business. Candidates need 15+ years of relevant experience in a leading financial institution, including capital management, treasury, funding, liquidity, or balance-sheet management.
