Description
The Capital Planning Analyst supports the Capital Planning Team by maintaining capital plans and budgets, tracking project requests, developing project scopes and estimates, evaluating maintenance and replacement costs, and managing large capital planning data sets. The role also supports multi-year and annual capital plans, asset management dashboards, reporting, benchmarking, process improvement, and training of field personnel and system users. It requires 3 to 5 years of experience in capital planning, asset management, data analytics, or a related discipline, along with a university degree or professional certification and strong data analysis and computer skills. This is a regular full-time position with a salary range of $61,850 to $77,313 per year.
