Description
The Capital Project Development Engineer supports operating sites by screening, scoping, and evaluating new capital opportunities from initial assessment through project handoff. The role translates business and operational needs into technically feasible project scopes, develops business cases, facilitates cross-functional discussions, and ensures projects are well defined before advancing to the next development phase. It requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical or business discipline and at least 10 years of experience in capital project development, project engineering, or project evaluation within petroleum manufacturing or chemical process industries.
