Hood Container is hiring a Project Engineer to support capital improvement projects, process optimization, equipment reliability, and plant performance initiatives in its corrugated manufacturing operations. The role covers project planning, engineering designs, equipment upgrades, vendor and contractor coordination, production process evaluation, equipment installation and startup, root-cause analysis, maintenance initiatives, and project documentation. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline, 2–7 years of manufacturing or industrial engineering experience, project management skills, and proficiency with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management tools; industry-specific experience and automation or maintenance reliability knowledge are preferred.
