Kitsap County is hiring a Capital Project Manager to lead construction of county-owned buildings, utility systems, and public facilities from concept through completion. The role manages project scope, schedule, budget, procurement, contracting, compliance, technical testimony, and cross-functional engineering and construction teams. Applicants must hold a Washington State PE or be pursuing comity, have a relevant bachelor's degree, and at least six years of engineering experience in municipal infrastructure and public buildings, including at least two years supervising engineering or construction-focused teams or contractors.
