Description
AstraZeneca is hiring a capital projects leader in Mount Vernon, Indiana to manage major pharmaceutical and process-intensive manufacturing capital investments across the Americas, often exceeding $50 million and potentially exceeding $100 million or $200 million. The role owns project initiation, governance, integrated planning, budgets, schedules, risk and change management, supplier and stakeholder leadership, quality, safety, compliance, execution through handover, and operational signoff. It requires at least five years of experience, a bachelor's degree in engineering, direct capital investment project leadership experience, and the ability to manage projects over $100 million; the role is primarily office-based with at least three days per week in person and up to 50% travel.
