Hood Container Corporation is hiring a Capital Projects Manager to lead the planning, execution, and implementation of strategic capital investments across its corrugated manufacturing operations. The role manages projects from concept through commissioning and startup, including equipment installations, facility expansions, automation initiatives, infrastructure improvements, and productivity enhancements. Responsibilities include developing capital improvement plans, preparing cost justifications and ROI analyses, coordinating engineering firms and contractors, monitoring schedules and budgets, ensuring compliance, and supporting operational excellence and project startup. The position requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline, at least seven years of relevant experience, and the ability to travel up to 40%.
