Description
The Capital Projects Manager coordinates and monitors assigned district construction, modernization, renovation, and capital improvement projects, with a primary focus on bond-funded work. The role oversees project planning, budgets, schedules, change orders, safety, regulatory approvals, site visits, contractor and consultant coordination, documentation, and project closeout. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or ten years of experience managing multi-million-dollar construction projects, plus at least five years of progressively responsible experience managing public school or public works construction projects.
