Description
The Construction Project Administrator supports construction project managers by coordinating and administering projects across planning, organizing, controlling, reporting, and closeout phases. The role prepares scopes, budgets, schedules, RFQs, RFPs, and scoping statements; coordinates architects and general contractors on GMP contracts; and conducts monthly job walks to validate contractor percent completion and incurred costs. It requires five years of experience in project management, construction management, or a related field, along with project or administrative experience and strong interpersonal communication skills. A degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field is preferred.
