Crimson Education is hiring a Capstone Mentor to guide students through personalized, high-impact projects across six Capstone pathways. The role involves regular mentoring, project development from proposal through execution and submission, progress tracking, coordination of expert consultations, and collaboration with Strategists and Admin teams. Candidates should have a strong academic or professional background relevant to one or more pathways, strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and mentorship skills, and be available for at least five hours per week. The position offers remote work flexibility.
