Description
The Pilot in Command or Captain is responsible for safe and efficient ground and in-flight aircraft operations, passenger identification, pre-flight checks, crew and dispatch coordination, customer service, and mentoring First Officers. The role requires at least 3,000 total flight hours, a pilot certificate, FCC permit, FAA First Class Medical Certificate, a valid United States passport, a current type rating for the fleet, and strong communication skills. The position involves extended seated time in a small aircraft, frequent travel, irregular hours, and possible last-minute flight or cancellation notifications.
