Mauna Kea Resort is hiring a Captain/Sales Associate for its Food and Beverage Restaurant division. The role manages daily room service operations, takes and processes food and beverage orders through the resort POS system, accepts payments, handles dining reservations, oversees deliveries and waithelp, checks order accuracy and timeliness, and promotes resort restaurants and services. The position requires computer and POS proficiency, customer service and communication skills, multitasking, organization, and the ability to work variable shifts and more than 40 hours when needed.
