VSolvit is hiring a remote Capture Analyst II to support its Business Development team by identifying and analyzing Federal and DoD contracting opportunities. The role involves market and competitive research, procurement trend tracking, opportunity and teaming-partner evaluation, CRM pipeline management, and delivery of actionable intelligence to capture managers and leadership. Candidates need 3–5 years of relevant Federal contracting, business development, market research, or competitive analysis experience, familiarity with Federal and DoD procurement tools, and eligibility for a security clearance.
