Description
The Capture & Proposal Manager will oversee all aspects of federal procurement opportunities, from initial identification to final submission. This role involves developing winning strategies, managing the entire proposal process, and collaborating with various internal teams such as the Federal Account Executive, engineering, operations, and legal. The manager will also handle hands-on writing tasks like drafting executive summaries and technical documents, building knowledge assets, and ensuring cross-functional partnerships to achieve successful outcomes.
