Description
Nava is hiring a Capture Engineer for its State BD function to own territory-based capture strategy across 3–5 states, build and maintain government stakeholder relationships, shape pre-RFP requirements, and generate outbound materials and pursuit assets using AI-native tools. The role combines client-facing capture planning, technical credibility with state agency leaders, and cross-functional coordination to develop win strategies and pipeline opportunities for Nava’s public-sector technology consulting work.
