MANTECH is hiring a full-time Capture Executive for its Intel Sector Growth team in Herndon, Virginia, with a hybrid remote work arrangement. The role leads capture strategies and winning proposals for National Reconnaissance Office opportunities, manages customer relationships and opportunity tracking, coordinates with business development and solution resources, and develops solutions across enterprise IT, systems engineering, software development, managed services, cloud, data center, infrastructure, integration, application modernization, big data, cybersecurity, and advanced technologies. Candidates need at least 10 years of capture or business development experience, prior Shipley Business Acquisition Process experience, success with opportunities valued over $100 million, and an active Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph. The projected compensation range is $165,900 to $297,100, with health insurance and other benefits available.
