Sedaro is hiring a full-time Capture Lead to own the government and commercial capture lifecycle, from opportunity identification through proposal submission and contract award. Reporting to the Director of Growth, the role leads cross-functional teams, develops capture strategies and win themes, manages complex proposals and budgets, coordinates RFP responses, and builds relationships with government stakeholders and industry partners. The position is based in Arlington, Virginia, requires a US security clearance, and offers $135,000–$175,000 plus equity and bonus.
