Constellis is hiring a Capture Leader to drive federal, state, intelligence community, and commercial business development opportunities across its global offerings. The role focuses on capture strategy, pipeline management, customer and stakeholder engagement, competitor analysis, teaming, pricing strategy, proposal support, and coordination with solution and project teams to maximize win probability for large U.S. government and related mission-support pursuits. The position requires 4-6 years of capture management experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, familiarity with capture and government opportunity databases, and strong communication and Microsoft Office/Salesforce skills.
